On September 13, 2020, Garden State Koi hosted a fundraiser on behalf of Winslow Therapeutic Riding Center that was a huge success! The event was SOLD OUT, and all proceeds went to support Winslow’s programs. Attendees enjoyed a self-guided tour of local water gardens and met up at The Farm at Glenwood Mountain for an exquisite 4-course meal including: Charcuterie, Mushroom Risotto, Free Range Roasted Chicken, and Apple Maple Crumble. All of these dishes were made from fresh ingredients that can be found at The Farm. On the night of the event, Winslow’s Therapeutic Riding Instructor, Carolyn Beisiegel, graciously accepted a $500 check presented by Garden State Koi’s, Tom Sandstrom. We cannot thank Garden State Koi and The Farm enough for hosting this wonderful event, and we are so blown away by the generosity of all who attended this event during these trying times.
