The goal for “Sunset at Winslow” is to provide an enjoyable evening for the entire community while benefiting the wonderful work of Winslow Therapeutic Riding Center and the Warwick Valley Humane Society, which is currently raising money to build a new and much needed animal shelter.
Winslow is a not for profit Hippotherapy and Therapeutic Riding Center devoted to the special needs population of Orange and surrounding counties.
The center, located on 100 acres of scenic land just off Route 17A in Warwick, has been offering unique and often life-changing horseback riding experiences to children and adults in this community since 1974.
The Warwick Valley Humane Society, 8 Public Works Road, is a non-profit organization which provides a safe haven for abandoned and abused animals and to finding forever homes for these animals.
